Do you offer free return shipping?

Returns at 10thLine is free and easy! If you are unhappy with a product you purchased, you can return it back to us if they meet the conditions stated below.

What are the return and exchange conditions?

  • We accept returns which are postmarked within 30 days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method in the form of credit.
  • Returns must be received unused, unwashed, and unworn with hygienic liner intact.
  • Returns must contain the original product hang tags.
  • Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hair, perfume or similar product stains maybe subject to refusal.
  • You are welcome to exchange your returned product to a new item from our store. Refer to the exchange process below.
  • Original shipping cost if paid is non-refundable.

 

How do I make a return?

  • Please login to your account at 10thline.com
  • Go in to the order section and click on the order you want returned
  • Click – “Return/Exchange” and fill out the form
  • If you ordered as a guest, please contact info@10thline.com

 

How do I make an exchange?

  • Follow the same steps in the return process to make an exchange
  • Once your returned product arrives our warehouse, you will receive a notification to choose another item from our store to exchange with.
  • The cost difference of the item being exchanged should be paid by the customer if it’s higher than the previously ordered item.
  • You have to cover the shipping charge of the new product being shipped.
